ABOUT

DesignMeCo was founded by Chloe Gottlieb. With over 20 years of leadership experience in the tech and advertising fields, she is known for her ability to drive creativity and innovation for global brands, while building exponential business value for companies.

Chloe most recently worked at Google where she was the UX Director for Google Workspace and Google Shopping. In her role at Google, Chloe was focused on building innovative products for 1bn+ users.

Prior to Google, Chloe was the Co-Creative Officer of R/GA, an award-winning digital transformation agency where she led a multi-disciplinary creative team on product innovation projects for Nike, Samsung, Verizon and global brands.

As the founder of DesignMeCo, a leadership coaching and consulting company, Chloe is working with teams and individuals to make lasting personal and product breakthroughs to fulfill their highest potential. 

On a personal note, Chloe’s leadership path is unique within her family. She is the first person in her family to graduate from college. As a trained yoga teacher, she incorporates mindfulness practices within her coaching. Chloe lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, you will find her traveling and enjoying time in nature with her family.
